Why Psychology?

The men and women of the Bible were not theological symbols – they were whole human beings struggling with fear, shame, love, grief, and purpose. Modern psychology gives us precise vocabulary to name what the text already shows.

This is not about reducing Scripture to psychology. It is about recognising that the Author of human nature wrote a book about human nature – and these frameworks are maps to read it more deeply.
