About the Channel

Radical is the ministry channel of David Platt, a Southern Baptist pastor and author best known for his 2010 book Radical: Taking Back Your Faith from the American Dream, which challenged North American evangelical Christianity to a more costly and mission-oriented discipleship. Platt served as President of the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention from 2014 to 2018 and currently serves as pastor of McLean Bible Church in the Washington, D.C. area.
