The Silence of the Tomb
The world held its breath. The disciples mourned. The tomb was sealed.

Chronology note: The day assignments follow the majority scholarly reconstruction based on the Synoptic Gospels (which place the Last Supper on Nisan 14) and John (which places the crucifixion on Nisan 14 as the Passover lambs were being slain). The "Wednesday silence" is inferred; some scholars compress the timeline to six days. Jewish days begin at sundown, so "Thursday evening" and "Friday morning" are the same Jewish day.
